This was a combined project in Spanish I, Spanish II and Art- students learned about Cinco de Mayo and used paper-mache /tissue paper to create and design pinatas.

Cadet Lexi Talamantes scored a 182, earning her the 1st place medal, and her name will be added to the Top Gun Plaque. She also earned her Marksmanship Badge.

3rd Place Medal: Cadet Rosalinda Rodriguez – Score = 122

On May 5th, the Pearsall High School AFJROTC program hosted 28 students from the Pearsall Jr. High School to give 7th and 8th graders a closer look at this wonderful program and what it means to be an AFJROTC Cadet.
On May 7th, cadets competed in this year’s 2026 Maverick Classic Rocketry Competition.
